GENERAL INFORMATIONPlease note tables and chairs are provided, but not cutlery or parasols. Bring your own. The venue in Hersham, Surrey  is the Esher Rugby Club at Molesey Road, Hersham (KT12  3PF) , by kind arrangement with the Rugby Club. Getting there by car is easy as it is about two miles from the A3 (at the start of the Kingston by pass), and half a mile from the A244. The Esher Rugby Club ground is in fact in Hersham, some 250 metres north of Hersham Railway Station on Molesey Road. Five minutes drive from the centre of Esher, follow signs to Hersham (A244) and turn right at the second roundabout, into Molesey Road. (Peugeot car Sales on right). Esher RFC is well signposted on the left after crossing under the railway at Hersham Station. Rail travel is easier, with Hersham Station (regular trains from London Waterloo) only 500 yards away from the entrance to the Club. There is ample space for parking. REFUND POLICY
The Asado takes place regardless of the weather, and to help guests we have made arrangements to provide a large marquee that will provide standing room only cover in the event of rain. As all the food is ordered and paid for  before the event, there can be no refund or return of payments if the tickets are cancelled or not used after Thursday 20th   May 2010.
